Surgery

Day of Surgery
Dr. Lee will review what to expect during the procedure. You will be awake, but will be given a mild sedative to help you relax. Anesthetic eye drops will be administered and the surgery typically takes 10 to 15 minutes per eye. There are no needles or blades involved during the entire procedure.  Dr. Lee will shield the eyes and review the postoperative instructions with you. You will need someone to drive you home.

Follow-up
Dr. Lee personally sees all of his patients for all of their visits. Typically there is a follow-up visit one day, one week, and one month after the surgery.
