| The
School Development Program's Academies are designed to develop local
leadership teams that provide the skills and energy for change needed
to implement the Comer Process. Whether implementation is to take
place at the school level or at the district level, participants return
prepared to introduce the program to school and parent groups and
to provide ongoing leadership. New information is constantly infused
into these events, and leadership teams are encouraged to send new
members and to return for periodic updates and renewal. |
