YSPH is one of forty CEPH accredited schools of public health in the country, and is also one of the thirty participating in SOPHAS—the Schools of Public Health Application Service.

As one of the oldest nationally accredited schools of public health, our program provides a combination of theory and practice consistent with the mission of the School. Students are equipped to be leaders in the field through participation in rigorous coursework, internship and thesis (or capstone course) requirements.
