Many faculty have grants which can be supplemented to provide training-related expenses and stipends to pre-doctoral students.  Ph.D. students are initially supported either through University fellowships or NIH-funded training grants.

  • Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS Pre-Doctoral Training Program funded by NIMH
  • Multidisciplinary Parasitology and Vector Biology Research Training Program
  • Research Training in the Epidemiology of Aging funded by NIA
  • Research Training in Mental Health Epidemiology funded by NIMH
  • Yale/NCI Cooperative Training Program in Cancer Epidemiology funded by NCI
  • Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Training Program grant
