| The Human Investigation Committee's office hours are 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday. The office will close at 4 p.m. to allow for daily intake processing. Protocols can be dropped off in a newly installed drop box located just outside the office door at any time. |

Calendar and deadlines
The Human Investigation Committees meet on Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m.
New protocols requiring full committee review must be received by the HIC Office eight (8) days before the meeting. The following schedule identifies upcoming meeting dates as well as corresponding submission deadlines. Please note that your protocol must be reviewed by the committee on which your primary reviewer sits.
 Please pick up and drop off your protocols in Room 204. Please drop off protocols after 4:00 p.m. in the drop box located outside of Room 204.

We strongly encourage submissions to be made in the HIC Office at which time you will be given a receipt containing the assigned HIC protocol number and meeting date. If you chose to mail in your submission you will receive an e-mail notification/receipt containing the necessary information.
