Clinical Interests

Dr. Borad is primarily interested in infections affecting immunosuppressed patients, especially organ transplant recipients. Currently, she attends on the immunosuppressed infectious diseases service taking care of patients with infectious complications related to neutropenia, HIV, and solid organ and bone marrow transplantation. She also sees patients in the outpatient adult infectious diseases clinic. In addition to her interest in infections in the immunosuppressed, she is also interested in better understanding diarrheal diseases affecting populations in developing countries.
