Interstate 95 Northbound
Take Exit 47 (Route 34 Downtown New Haven). Take Exit 1 and go straight through the first set of traffic lights. Just past Temple Street on your right, look for a sign that says Yale-New Haven Gamma Knife Entrance. Enter Temple Medical Center here (please ignore the “DELIVERIES ONLY” sign above the garage entrance). You will see the parking area on the left (ignore the “DO NOT ENTER” sign above the parking area) where you will park. The Sleep Center entrance is directly across from the parking area. Please ring the intercom near the glass sliding door. We are located on the 3rd floor.

Interstate 95 Southbound
Take Exit 47 (Route 34 Downtown New Haven). Follow directions as above.

Interstate 91 Southbound
Take Exit 1 off Interstate 91 (Route 34 Downtown New Haven). Take Exit 1 off Route 34 and go straight through the first set of traffic lights. Follow directions as above.

From Route 34 into New Haven
Follow Route 34 (Derby Avenue) to George Street. Follow George Street to Temple Street. Take right onto Temple Street. Go to the end of Temple and bear right onto North Frontage Road. On your right, look for a sign that says Yale-New Haven Gamma Knife Entrance. Enter Temple Medical Center here (please ignore the “DELIVERIES ONLY” sign above the garage entrance). You will see the parking area on the left (ignore the “DO NOT ENTER” sign above the parking area) where you will park. The Sleep Center entrance is directly across from the parking area.
