Pictured here is a touchprep from the liver of a female mouse that had undergone bone marrow transplantation with male bone marrow. Simultaneous fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) was performed for the X (pink) and Y (aqua) chromosomes. Nuclei (blue) are stained with DAPI.
