Overview

The aims of the Bioinformatics Core are:

1. To provide consultation and support to members of the YCEMH regarding experimental design, analysis and interpretation of experimental results from gene expression, genomic or other related experimental studies.
   
   
2. To integrate data management tools customized for molecular hematology and hematopoiesis involving gene expression and genomic microarray studies with web based analysis. 
   
   
3. To provide training and support for investigators in the usage of bioinformatics tools and techniques.
