About Your Librarian

 

Jan is the Education Services Librarian for the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library. The Medical Library offers a rich Education program designed to build competency in information management skills -- skills that are increasingly important as a foundation for effective research and practice in health sciences. Our goal for this program is to foster life-long information literacy skills by providing a solid foundation for all medical center students, faculty – especially junior faculty, and staff.
