The Medical Library offers Creating Presentations [Using PowerPoint] (consult the library class schedule for available times), and we provide consultations to assist Medical Center students, staff and faculty developing presentations.

• PowerPoint 2000 Tutorial (Florida Gulf Coast University): A comprehensive guide.
• PowerPoint 2000 (Canterbury University): Four-part tutorial created in PDF.
• PowerPoint Basics (University of Alberta): Tutorial on PowerPoint 2000, with comments for users of PowerPoint 97 for Windows and PowerPoint 98 for Macintosh.

• Presenters Online (Epson, Inc.): One of many web sites where templates can be downloaded.

• Images.MD (BioMed Central): Yale University, Cushing/Whitney Medical Library subscribes to Images.MD which compiles over 48,000 high-quality images spanning all of internal medicine. Members of the Yale community can register for "My Slides" account allowing you to convert slidesets into PowerPoint presentations and download up to 20 slides in one email.
• YSM Medical Images (Yale School of Medicine): Search the Yale Medical Image Teaching Collection for images to be used in academic presentations and teaching.
• Medical Images on the Web (McGoogan Library of Medicine, University of Nebraska Medical Center): Metasite for medical image collections.
• Public Health Image Library (PHIL) (Centers for Disease Control): Still images, image sets, and multimedia files related to public health.
