Personal Digital Assistants or PDAs are an increasingly popular choice for health care professionals. They represent a very convenient way to store and access health care information: They are small and typically will fit in a pocket, they are inexpensive relative to a desktop or laptop computer, and can be more frequently updated than traditional reference books.
