Q:How can I obtain permission to publish illustrations from the Historical Library?
A:There is a permission form obtainable from the Historical Library. The charge is $25 per image payable to the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library (in addition to any fees for prints or slides). permission fees are waived for Yale faculty and current graduate students.
