| A: | An average turn-around time is 3 days for copy requests and about 1 week for loan requests.
For non-patient care needs, there is a RUSH service for a fee of $12.00. Turn-around time is same day to 24-hours, depending on submission time of request.
For patient care needs, there is a free RUSH service with same day to 24-hour delivery time, again, depending on submission time of request. More Document Delivery FAQ's. |
