| Q: | My books are overdue. How much are the late fees? Where do I go to pay them?

| A: | When books are overdue you are responsible for the late fees of each item until the books are returned to the library. The following overdue fees apply:
modern and historical collections: $0.50 per day per item past due date ($15.00 maximum);
course reserves: $0.05 per minute per item returned late ($25.00 maximum);
reserve room collection: $0.05 per minute per item returned late ($25.00 maximum).
Payment is accepted via check or cash at the Circulation Desk.
