Standard and Poor's Net Advantage
A comprehensive database that includes the full text of the following S& P publications and more: 1. Register of Corporations: contains private and public company information searchable by location, industry, executives, etc. 2. Statistical sources such as: Bond Guide; Dividend Record; Stock Guide, etc. 3. Industry Surveys; The Outlook; Stock Reports etc.

Reference USA
Provides information on over ten million US businesses. Companies can be searched by name, location, type of business, business size, or any combination of these features. Typical entries contain addresses, phone numbers, number of employees, and annual sales. Includes information on subsidiaries and branches as well as headquarters

Reuters Health
Reuters Health consists of: Reuters Medical News for physicians, researchers and other medical professionals to stay informed of developments in their field.

Wall Street Transcript
Contains interviews with financial professionals and corporate leaders, reviews of stocks by industry sector, investment advice and interviews with CEO's. HINT: Use the "Search" button in the upper left hand corner to locate information on less cleary defined industries/products.

NAICS Codes:
The NAICS system replaced the U.S. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system in 1997. NAICS was developed jointly by the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to provide new comparability in statistics about business activity across North America.
