PIER© is a an evidence-based clinical guidance tool from the American College of Physicians. It includes a large collection of disease modules, procedures,and special sections on alternative medicine and ethical/legal issues. Updated monthly with new and revised modules.

Subspecialty volumes and smaller individual sections can be downloaded. Includes a dozen mongraphs and over 200 subspecialty sections.

MedCalc is a medical calculator running on Palm Poweredô handheld devices. It is designed for rapid calculation of common equations used in clinical medicine (including anesthesiology, pediatrics, emergency, intensive care and internal medicine).

The Riley Kidometer is a quick and intuitive database of age-based normals. It was created by the staff of Riley Hospital for Children and is now available for users everywhere.
