Epocrates® for the Yale School of Medicine

Epocrates Rx is a free drug and formulary reference available free to anyone regardless of affiliation with Yale University. All other versions of the product require a paid annual subscription although the Yale School of Medicine and the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library have arranged for our students, faculty and staff to receive complementary or discounted subscriptions to ePocrates premium products. All Epocrates products are available through download from epocrates.com. Go to Epocrates to download the free, basic drug database - Epocrates Rx or complete the form below to receive information on special options for Yale faculty, students and house staff.

Yale Medical Students PA program students are eligible for a complementary copy of "Epocrates Essentials". In addition to the Epocrates drug database, "Essentials" includes disease, ID, symptom assessment and laboratory information modules. Find out more about "Epocrates Essentials"

Yale Residents and Fellows may receive a 6-month trial version of "Epocrates Essentials". After the 6 month trial period, the product may be purchased at a 35% discount. If the product is not purchased, the premiium modules will no longer be available but the free drug database will still function.

Faculty and staff from the Yale School of Medicine may purchase any Epocrates premium product at 35% discount off the published price.
