These are the protocols I use - I guarantee each and every one has worked well in my hands. Some of the methods were gathered from workers in the Horvitz lab when I was a postdoc there, others have been adapted from protocols that originated in many laboratories. I apologize to anyone whom I have not credited appropriately. I hope that by collecting and writing down the methods that are in common use in our lab I will be providing a service to other C. elegans groups. Earlier versions of some of my protocols were posted on the Internet in 1994 and these old protocols or variously adapted versions of them are now available on many Web sites. I only guarantee the versions downloaded directly from the Koelle Lab.
