Education1969, B.A. Harvard College Research InterestAs the nationís health care systems undergo unprecedented change there is an urgent need to evaluate the effectiveness of both innovative and standard treatments as they are delivered in current practice through both experimental focused studies and large performance evaluation efforts. Current research efforts focus on cost-effectiveness evaluations; outcome measurement; systems change; and managed care in both public and private sectors.
